The Structure of the Business Excellence Programme
Business Excellence Programme consist of three stand alone modules. They do not need to be taken in any particular order, however; we strongly recommend to attend the 'Introduction to NLP' before taking any of subsequent modules.
Introduction to NLP- Open to all, during this one day course you will learn the fundamental NLP principles, from which you develop a full range of business transformational skills.
Mastering Business Communication - This second module is designed to enable you to become a masterful communicator in all application of business - sales, presentations, meetings, management, negotiations and other influencing situations.
Creating Winning Self Image - Strong Self-Image is crucial for success in business. During this 2 days transformational module, you will let go of any internal blocks that may keep you from using your full potential and you will acquire the mindset of the most successful Entrepreneurs in the world.
This course is strictly limited to 8 people only to allow for a degree of one to one training.

Conscious and Unconscious Mind
Understanding the difference between the conscious and unconscious mind and how to tackle the unconscious part of our communication that represents major part of how we communicate.
Goal Setting

Modalities

Words represent only 7 % of communication. This section will show you how to tackle the rest of the communication that happens at the unconscious level and how to build instant trust and agreement.
Linguistic Excellence
Language forms only 7 % of our communication, yet it is an incredible tool for influencing, managing, leading and persuading people. In this section you will learn how to use your language, from great specificity to artfully vague, to assist you with achieving your desired results in the business.
You will also increase your understanding of, and influence with, so-called "difficult" people.
Meta Model
Understanding of, and application of this linguistic tool will enable you to recover the lost details
in every day communication. When communicating with others,
we distort, delete and generalise major bits of information, often unconsciously. You will learn how to assume less and use this powerful tool for creating change in yourself and others.
Hierarchy of Ideas
Developing flexibility in your communication from great detail to big picture will assist you to be able to satisfy all types of communication styles, as well as being able to take different perspectives.
Anchoring
The right state of mind is essential for you to produce results you want. You will learn how to manage your state at will by using this simple NLP technique. You will also understand how you can influence and elicit states from people you are communicating with (i.e. curiosity, excitement, motivation etc).
5 Step sales process
After this section, you will understand fully 5 essential NLP steps for sales increase and increased sale close ratio.
Sales Strategies
You will discover how to ask the questions that will quickly clarify what your clients want and then uncover their decision-making process and decision criteria so that you can offer them just what they want every time. You will learn how to embed commands to avoid resistance and how to use great questions for hard-to-handle prospects. Elimination of limiting beliefs
Unconsciously held limiting beliefs such as ’No matter how hard I try, it is never good enough’, or ‘I can never succeed’ often lie behind struggles or past failures to achieve what you want.
You will learn how to eliminate any belief that does not support your goals fully in as little as 15 minutes, at the unconscious level.
Effective Time management
